At BJJ Fanatics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear and instructionals. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original condition, unwashed, and with tags attached. Digital instructionals are generally non-refundable once accessed.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside. Use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
